SiteCreative obtained by SEA Consultants for Framingham Public Works project.

Landscape construction begins on accessible residential project in suburban Boston neighborhood. Site improvements include a multi-leveled landscape with wheelchair accessibility to all spaces and seamless interior/exterior transitions. This project is anticipated to receive a silver rating in the LEED for Homes certification. Architecture by LDa.

September 2009:

SiteCreative brought on board by Forrest Hills Cemetery for the design of Fern Hill Site Improvements.

September 2009:

Project team for the Army Air Joint Force Headquarters led by SEA Consultants completes construction documents for phase I of development.

August 2009:

SiteCreative is now SOMWBA certified as a woman owned business enterprise (WBE) and a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE). SiteCreative can now fulfill state and federal contact requirements for State Office of Minority and Woman Business Alliance (SOMWBA) certified businesses. We look forward to collaborating with architects, developers, and engineers interested in pursuing state and federal design requests for proposals.

August 2009:

SiteCreative is invited on the project team for Ocean Shores Housing in Marshfield, MA.

May 2009:

Stephanie Hubbard, founding Principal of SiteCreative is now a LEED Accredited Professional. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the national standard for green building performance standards for certifying the design and construction of buildings and sites for projects of all sizes in the public and private sectors. The intent of the LEED Green Building Rating System is to assist in the creation of healthful, durable, affordable, and environmentally sounds construction projects.

April 2009:
