This new residence, designed by Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects, is nestled on a 3/4 acre wooded property in Lexington, MA. SiteCreative positioned the house to take advantage of the site and to preserve stands of desirable trees. An entrance courtyard blends the architectural materials into the landscape, creating a clean and modern entry experience. Garden rooms are defined off of the bedroom and main dining rooms, taking advantage of exposure, interior views, and ease of access. Existing plant materials that were in keeping with the plan were protected or relocated to knit with the proposed design.
