This new residence designed by LDa Architects is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood of Newton. SiteCreative developed a design that incorporates the client’s needs for open lawn areas for family play, distinct outdoor rooms for relaxing and entertaining, and parking for a growing family. Garden rooms off the main living area are designed with a different character for varying use. An existing historic site wall at the edge of the property was saved and refurbished, providing a room away from the house that catches sun in the shoulder months. Stone walls at the street edge define the property while providing privacy for an outdoor fireplace area. Landscape Contractor: Schumacher Landscape.
